At House of Gerard, we want you to love every purchase you make. If something isn’t quite right, our Refunds & Returns Policy is designed to make the process simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns unless faulty or damaged:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return?

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. Provide a brief reason for the return
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions

 

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • House of Gerard is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
